Booking requests
When direct requests are enabled, we collect your name, email, dates, guest count and message to review your stay and respond. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.
Storage and security
Requests are stored in the owner’s Cloudflare D1 database and automatically deleted after 90 days while the scheduled service is running. A hashed network identifier is used to limit spam; raw IP addresses are not stored in the request database. Cloudflare processes network data to operate the site and Turnstile security checks. No advertising analytics or marketing subscriptions are included.
Contact messages and email notifications
Contact messages and guest feedback are shared privately with the two property hosts by email when sending is connected. Contact messages and notification records are stored in Cloudflare D1 for up to 90 days. Email copies remain in the hosts’ mailboxes according to their retention settings. Your email is used only to reply about your enquiry or stay.
Guest testimonials
Feedback submitted for publication includes your chosen display name, message and explicit consent. An optional email stays private and can be used to follow up. Submissions remain unpublished until host approval. Unpublished feedback is deleted after 90 days by the scheduled service; approved testimonials remain until withdrawn or removed. Contact the host through your booking platform with your feedback reference to request removal.
Calendar privacy
The public calendar shows blocked dates only. Calendar feed URLs, booking titles and guest details are not published. Availability can be delayed and remains subject to host confirmation.

Email the hosts with your request reference if you have one.
