Quiet time is 10:00 pm–7:00 am. Sound carries in this residential street, so please respect our neighbours.
Strictly non-smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes and cannabis are not allowed inside the house.
Pets by prior approval
Pets only with prior approval. Please ask before booking. Approved pets must stay off beds and couches, must not be left alone in the house, and any yard mess must be picked up. A pet fee may apply.
Looking after the house
Please report breakages. Accidents happen and we’d rather know. Turn off air conditioning when going out, and keep doors and windows closed while it runs. The garage is closed to guests.
Bins and recycling — red lid
Red lid: general waste. Use this bin for food scraps and anything that cannot be recycled.
Bin night — Thursday
If you’re staying on a Thursday, please wheel the red bin and the yellow/green bin to the kerb that evening.
Before you leave
Start the dishwasher, take rubbish to the outside bins and leave used towels in the bathroom. There is no need to strip beds. Turn off air conditioning, lights and BBQ gas; close windows and lock up. Follow your private departure instructions.
